We are not only a coffee supplier but also a coffee lover. Throughout years, our team has been actively enriching the coffee knowledge in different coffee aspects, we hope to share the ideas and our passion to a bigger segment to promote the quality coffee culture in Hong Kong. In 2019, we created a new business line in professional coffee training - Barista Drill. This concept is to provide a platform for coffee lovers to learn, share and experience different coffee knowledge and tools. We are one of the Grading Points of the Latte Art Grading System (LAGS) in Hong Kong to bring in a systematic training in latte art. In 2020, we awarded the 2 World Best Certification Point for the LAGS. We also provide SCA CSP programs in Barista, brewing and Sensory modules.

Apart from professional certification courses, we also offer many casual coffee workshops for individuals or team-building. We organised many tailor-made coffee workshops for many NGOs in Hong Kong.
